Breathalyser Re-Calibration Service
Steps to have your Breathalyser re-calibrated
Step 1
Please print the recalibration service form for your breathalyser
Step 2
Complete the recalibration / service form using block letters.
Step 3
Remove the battery, mouthpieces, original box and pouch from the unit.
Step4
Carefully pack your breathalyser together with the recalibration / service form.
Step 5
Send to: MediNat Australia, Recalibration Service, PO BOX ...........................................*
Step 6
Please allow up to 14 days for your breathalyser to be returned to you.
Please note: Faulty / damaged units cannot be recalibrated but they can be repaired. To send your breathalyser in for repair, follow the steps for calibration and choose "repair service". Breathalysers purchased from MediNat Australia come with a with a one year warranty (excluding recalibration). Breathalyser units that have been purchased from somewhere other than MediNat Australia will not be supported see your supplier for their arrangements.
