Delivery Information

UPDATE: Due to current restrictions with the impact of COVID-19, shipments are being processed on Monday and Thursday only.  Currently Australia Post have changed their despatch time, therefore the cut off time will now be midday to ensure any orders received are ready for Australia Post collection.
You will receive your chosen drug or alcohol tests within just 2-3 days for Express Post to city locations, 4-6 days for regional locations within Austrlaia.  Standard Regular Post is between 3-15 days.  These suggested freight times have been adjusted after heavy delays with Australia Post due to COVID-19.

Delivery Charges

All pricing includes standard shipping within Australia by Australia Post.
Delivery charges for Express Post are calculated automatically at the time of checkout based upon the dimensions and weight of individual products.

Ship to Multiple Addresses

We would be more than happy to ship to multiple addresses for you. If the order is for a small number of items please checkout separately for each delivery that is required. If you’re a corporate customers contact us via email at sales@medinat.com.au and we will contact you to discuss.

Australian Orders

MediNat Australia ships all orders/purchases within Australia using one of the following options:

  • Australia Post Express Parcel
  • Australia Post Standard Parcel
  • TNT inter city courier

All Australian orders/purchases shipped have tracking numbers.

Customers will be emailed the relevant tracking numbers as soon as the order/purchase has been shipped, to enable purchasers of our products to know exactly when their order/purchase was shipped and the anticipated delivery date.

Should a Customer order/purchase not arrive on the due date or there is a delivery dispute, please contact us to enable us to insitgate an investigation with the relevant shipping company.

International Orders

MediNat Australia ships all international orders via the most relaible and economical options:

  • DHL Express is the preferred option in most cases

All International orders/purchases shipped have tracking numbers.

Customers will be emailed the relevant tracking numbers as soon as the order/purchase has been shipped, to enable purchasers of our products to know exactly when their order/purchase was shipped and the anticipated delivery date.

Exchange Policy

If your order the wrong type of test, contact us as soon as you become aware of the mistake.

For all orders, simply mail the item back to MediNat Australia. Once received we will refund you the full amount minus shipping. Re-order your new preferred drug test and we’ll get it back to you ASAP. Please note that all returned tests need to be in the same condition as when they were originally dispatched. We are unable to accept tests that have had the original packaging opened as the integrity of the test will have been compromised.

Returns Policy

At MediNat Australia we take great pride in offering quality products at all times. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied when you receive your order, you may lodge your concerns with us. If the concern is upheld we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement or your money back less any stock used, damaged stock and freight.

MediNat Australia is happy to exchange your test or refund your money if we receive the returned product, unopened and in the same condition it was shipped within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please be aware that postage/freight charges are non-refundable.
